There’s not a bad seat in the house at this stunning venue with 2,057 seats across four levels, expansive views, and no seat more than 125 feet from the stage. For the ultimate in luxury, 12 boxes offer catering, private bars, and bottle service. Opened in 2009, The Show at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage, Southern California’s premier concert theater, has played host to a lineup that reads like a hall of fame: Tony Bennett, Martina McBride, Duran Duran, John Fogerty, ZZ Top, Goo Goo Dolls, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Steven Tyler, Sting, Alan Jackson and many more have all performed here.
The box office will open at 1:00 pm the day of the event.
The Show is located in Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage on the corner of Bob Hope Drive and Ramon Road in Rancho Mirage, California. The Box Office is located at the north end of the casino, outside of The Show.
Valet parking is free at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage. Self-parking is also available in our 4-story parking garage and on our surface lots. Surface lot parking on the North side is accessed from Ramon Road. Valet, the parking garage and South surface lots are accessed from both Resort entrances from Bob Hope Drive.

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Will Call tickets will be available on the day of the show starting at 1:00 pm. You must have a photo ID used for the purchase of Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the Box Office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, Box Office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the Box Office. Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Box Office at The Show cannot and will not accept responsibility for the unclaimed tickets. A valid photo ID will be required to pick up your tickets at will call.
Except where age restrictions are noted, everyone is welcome to attend events at The Show. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the concert theater. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 25 months of age will be admitted.
No cameras, audio or video recording devices are allowed in The Show. Any such devices may be subject to confiscation, including cellular phones being used as cameras or recording devices.
Guests with Disabilities

Cancelled or Rescheduled Event
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on The Show website. We will make every attempt to contact individual ticket holders, however please be aware we may not be able to contact everyone. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the point of purchase only. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available up until the rescheduled date.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and tickets will not be reissued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified. Reissue of a lost ticket is not guaranteed. If the ticket purchase can be verified, the Box Office will reissue the ticket to the original purchaser.
Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage is not responsible for technical malfunctions with telephone lines including loss of internet or phone line connection, ticket transactions or credit card authorization software or hardware or delivery delays that may prevent ticket sales transactions from being completed; for technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering of tickets for sale or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture information.
