Pivat – AVO Cigar Humidor Drawing

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:  

Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage (“ACCRM”) will offer ACE Player’s Club members the chance to win a AVO Cigar Humidor (valued at $1,000). This promotion will begin at 11:00am on Monday February 15, 2021 and will run through 10:00pm on Friday, April 9, 2021. During that Promotional Period, guests will receive one (1) entry ticket when purchasing any three of the following cigars; AVO, Davidoff, Camacho and Zino. Guests will earn one entry ticket for a chance to win a AVO Cigar Humidor. On Friday, April 2, 2021 at 6:00pm, a drawing will take place in the Pivat Cigar Lounge. On drawing day, One Drawing entry will be selected from the drawing barrel and the AVO Cigar Humidor will be awarded. Winner will be announced inside Pivat Cigar Lounge and notified by email. 

 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:  

 

Entry Earning for Standard Drawing: 

From Friday, February 15, 2021, at 11:00am – Friday, April 2, 2021, at 6:00pm, guests will receive one (1) entry ticket by purchasing any three of the following cigars:

    • Zino
  • Mix and match purchase is OK.
  • Participants need not be present to win.
  • Winner will be announced inside Pivat Cigar Lounge and notified by email.

 

Drawing Structure: 

Drawing will take place in Pivat Cigar Lounge on Friday, April 2, 2021 at 6:00pm. One Drawing entry will be selected form the drawing barrel and the AVO Cigar Humidor will be awarded. Winners will be announced inside Pivat Cigar Lounge and notified by email. 

 

DRAWING AND DRAWING TICKET RULES: 

 

1. The Drawing Barrel will be locked and located inside Pivat Cigar Lounge. 

 

2. Participants may begin earning physical drawing tickets starting at 11:00am on Monday, February 15, 2021 until drawing day, at 6:00PM on April 2, 2021. Upon earning a physical drawing entry, the participant will be instructed to complete the physical drawing entry with the requested information, and provide to the Pivat Cigar Lounge employee, who will place the entry into the locked Drawing Barrel. If the participant provides their email address on the physical drawing entry, they will receive a second drawing entry.

 

3. On each physical drawing ticket, there will be a space for the participant’s name, ACE Player’s Club Number, Email Address, and a space for the issuing Team Member to record their Badge Number and initials. Drawing tickets are preprinted on safety paper and numbered sequentially. Drawing tickets earned by guests will be distributed by a Food and Beverage team member or above.  

 

4. The Drawing Barrel will close at the time of the drawing - 6:00pm, April 2, 2021. A Marketing and/or Player Development Department employee or above will select One (1) drawing ticket from the Drawing Barrel. 

 

 

5. Participants need not be present to win. Winners will be notified via email and will have seven (7) days, until April 9, 2021 to claim their prize from the ACE Player’s Club at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage.

 

6. All drawing promotions shall have a 30 minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

 

7. Winner will forfeit their prize if not claim by April 9, 2021

 

GENERAL RULES

 

 

1. Must be 21 or older to participate.

 

2. Must be or become an ACE Player’s Club member to participate.

 

3. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winners Log and Winner’s Release Form give approval to ACCRM, and its agencies the rights to use the Winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds ACCRM and the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

 

4. For each award or prize won, the Marketing and/or Player Development Department employee will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Player’s Club number and the award or prize won. The Marketing and/or Player Development Department employee will sign with ID number the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. 

 

5. Winners must show a valid photo identification to claim a prize “i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport.” Winners must also show their ACE Player’s Club card to claim a prize.

 

6. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable, prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

 

7. The final call on any dispute related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

 

8. ACCRM is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

 

9. ACCRM is not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

 

10. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

 

11. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI Systems of Internal Controls & Policies & Procedures.

 

12. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.( Except for poker) 

 

13. The Casino will include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage is located within the Agua Caliente Casinos.  

 

14. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

 

15. Agua Caliente Casinos and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

 

A copy of the promotion rules must be available for the public during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the ACCRM website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules
