We encourage you to schedule your appointments ahead of time to make certain that our therapists and/or preferred treatments are available. Walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. Please notify our staff of any health concerns or if you are pregnant at the time of booking so we may guide you to the appropriate treatment choices. Sunstone Spa Reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion.

Gratuities are voluntary, but welcomed by staff for excellent service. Customary gratuity ranges from 18 to 20%. (A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to groups of 6 or more)

Because your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you provide four hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Without this notification, you will be charged in full.

To enhance your spa experience we provide a private locker, robe and sandals as well as grooming amenities. We have separate women’s and men’s wet areas that include steam, sauna and whirlpools. You need only bring workout wear to enjoy our fitness center. For your enjoyment, we offer fresh fruit, bottled water and spa elixirs.

We invite you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment to relax and enjoy our spa amenities. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear what ever is comfortable for you. You will be properly draped throughout your treatment. Swimsuits are required for all coed areas. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

• To ensure a healthy atmosphere for our guests, Sunstone is a non-smoking environment.
• For the courtesy of our guests, cellular phone use is prohibited within the spa premises. We kindly request that all calls are concluded and cellular devices turned off prior to entering the spa.
• We request that you remove all jewelry and other valuables prior to visiting the spa. For hotel guests, safes are located in your hotel room.
