The Show is located in the Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa on the corner of Bob Hope Drive and Ramon Road in Rancho Mirage, California. The Box Office is located at the north end of the casino, outside of The Show.
Parking
Valet parking is free at Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa. Self-parking is also available in our 4-story parking garage and on our surface lots. Surface lot parking on the North side is accessed from Ramon Road. Valet, the parking garage and South surface lots are accessed from both Resort entrances from Bob Hope Drive.
Ticket Info
Tickets may be purchased at Agua Caliente Casino • Resort• Spa by going to the Paradise Rewards Club 24 hours per day, seven days per week. You may also purchase tickets at the Box Office on show days starting at 10:00 am. There is a 6 ticket purchase limit. To purchase tickets over the telephone please call 800.585.3737. Refunds
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Will Call
Will Call tickets will be available on the day of the show starting at 3:00 pm.
You must have a photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase
Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the Box Office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, Box Office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the Box Office.
Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Box Office at The Show cannot and will not accept responsibility for the unclaimed tickets. A valid photo ID will be required to pick up your tickets at will - call.
Age Restrictions
Except where age restrictions are noted, everyone is welcome to attend events at The Show. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the concert theater. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 25 months of age will be admitted.
Recording Devices
No cameras, audio or video recording devices are allowed in The Show. Any such devices may be subject to confiscation, including cellular phones being used as cameras or recording devices.
Guests with Disabilities
Wheelchair accessible seating and seating for guests with special needs is available at The Show. Assisted listening devices are also available to guests with hearing impairment. For additional information please call

Cancelled or Rescheduled Event
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on The Show website. We will make every attempt to contact individual ticket holders, however please be aware we may not be able to contact everyone. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the point of purchase only.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available up until the rescheduled date.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and tickets will not be reissued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified. Reissue of a lost ticket is not guaranteed. If the ticket purchase can be verified, the Box Office will reissue the ticket to the original purchaser.
